We know this time of great uncertainty is having a huge impact on our lives, and we want to let you know we are doing all we can to help our customers. We are continually monitoring the guidelines and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England and are committed to making the right decisions for our customers and Partners.

Our customer service team has been working relentlessly, please bear with us whilst we do everything we can to minimise delays.

We truly appreciate that couriers work under these extraordinary circumstances. Normal deliveries is taking place, however, despite best endeavours, it’s likely some orders experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at courier centres or delivery depots. We’re sorry about this. Every item of your order is important to us, so we’re working hard with the courier to keep any delays to a minimum. If only part of your order arrived, please check delivery documents, and check tracking on courier website, it is likely the consignment has been split for separate delivery, if tracking show missing scan history of part of your order, please contact us vie email.

Precautionary measures for your and couriers, whilst in the presence of the consignee at the delivery address, courier driver may sign the POD on your behalf, and photo of delivery address front door together with “Signing on behalf & and in the presence of consignee” Please note this is a precautionary short term measure.
Please ensure a capable person is available to take large item delivery. The courier will only able to deliver to your front door or the main entrance to the building should you live in a flat, and will not able to take this further. Customers are responsible for moving the item from their front door to their desired location within their property.

Although we continue accept return, please note all couriers are over loaded with back log and take longer to process returns.  We are working very hard with couriers on return consignment in order to resolve as quickly as possible.

Please do not refuse delivery for package damage, we unable to process until receive the refused package from courier. Please check the content for damage, report with image for swift rectification.
