Order & Payment

Order

Once you place the order, we will email you to acknowledge receive of your order first. And send you an email to confirm dispatch of your order. Only then, at this point, your order has been accepted by us and the contract is formed. A Back order for a product that has not yet available in stock, we send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order and to confirm that it is being processed.
Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and us will occur upon the despatch (to you) of the products ordered unless we have been unable to accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
Please also make sure to keep the email, as this is your proof of payment. Should you have any questions about your order, please contact using the information provided in the e-mail and make sure to mention your order number.

Stock

All products show ‘In Stock’ means we can immediately start processing your order to ship it to you as soon as possible. If you exceed the available stock level when adding products to your cart, the system will return an error notification and the quantity won’t be changed.

Back-order

Please note that due to distribution limits and new arrivals, some of our items may be temporarily out of stock and available to ‘back-order’ with an estimated date of when it will be available. Once you have ordered the ‘Back-order’ item, checkout as you would normally and when it is ready for dispatch, we will update you of the delivery times.
If your back-ordered product is part of a larger order, we’ll dispatch only when all your items are available. Multiple deliveries are only used for special circumstances.
In the unlikely event that our vendors cannot supply a back-order item, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify you accordingly.
If for any reason, you would like to cancel a back order item(s), please contact us quoting your order confirmation number and we’ll be happy to help.

Change order

Should you have a request to change your order, we kindly ask you to contact us at first instance. Where applicable, please place an additional order for the new items and send us an e-mail with your request. You can find the contact details in the order confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation

If your exercise your right to cancel prior to order dispatch, Babymore will issue a full refund of your payment.
Cancellation request after the order left our warehouse and before delivery, the refund will deduct transport and insurance costs.
If your product has been delivered, then the process will be followed as laid out in our return policy.

Payment Methods

We accept online payments using major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.
Please do not email us your debit or credit card information.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss that might occur if you include card information in an email.
Prices are displayed and charged in the GBP. Prices shown include VAT. We are required by law to collect VAT on all orders, at the standard rate of 20% and are always shown separately on your invoice.

Unless otherwise stated, Voucher Codes cannot be used more than once and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes or apply any discount codes.
